Located on Fairview Boulevard is the Fairview Recreational Center. This updated facility contains a modern building for inside activities - crafts, social groups for all ages, a full gym with brand new equipment, and much more – in addition to an outdoor swimming pool equipped with slides, a children’s section, diving boards, and more!

Bowie Nature Park
Located in Fairview off Highway 100 is Bowie Nature Park. This beautiful 700+ acre park is a wonderful place for individuals or families to enjoy endless activities; hiking, fishing, running/walking trails, bicycling, and horseback riding. The Nature Center can be reserved for any outdoor event! – picnics, class outings, and any other social event.

The Fairview Public Library aims to meet all the recreational, educational, and information needs of Fairview via digital and printed sources. Natchez Trace Parkway
Located in Williamson County, between Fairview and Franklin is The Natchez Trace Parkway. This 444-mile road spans through 3 states - AL, MS, & TN. Natchez Trace roughly follows Old Natchez Trace, a historic corridor, harboring over 10,000 years of history. Not only is the route beautiful and full of amazing nature scenes, you can also find hiking, biking, horseback riding, and camping along the route.

Fairview is one of the fastest growing cities in TN. Fairview exuberates a small town feel; neighbors are close-knit and Southern hospitality is overflowing. Growth
Fairview is located in Williamson County which is projected to increase in population by over 50,000 by 2020 (+28%) compared to the 2010 census; and reach a total county population in excess of 250,000 by 2025 (+41%). Fairview grew in population by 38% since 2000 and is likewise expecting a similar growth trend going forward.
Schools
Williamson County proudly boasts some of the top schools in the nation; constantly outranking surrounding school districts. Fairview is home to some of those top ranked schools. Fairview High School was awarded The College Success Award. The award recognizes schools that do an exemplary job getting students to enroll in and stick with college, including those that excel at serving students from low-income families.
Location
The city is served by Interstate 40, State Routes 100 and 96, and TN 840, which provides a southern loop around Nashville to connect eastbound and westbound I-40 traffic. The road network serving the community provides direct and rapid access for personal and business travel to Metro Nashville/Davidson County and nearby cities in Williamson County including Brentwood, Franklin, and Spring Hill. Interstate 65 is also located a short distance away that serves as a major roadway for north – south travel.
